Exodus 4:24-26 is the weirdest passage in the entire book of Exodus. Moses is on his way back to Egypt to fulfill God's call when, seemingly out of nowhere, the LORD seeks to put him to death! Even stranger, it is the actions of Moses's wife, Zipporah, circumcising their son that saves Moses's life. What is going on here?
