As Judd notes, dolls are not all that different from the “images” created by the pagan neighbors of ancient Israel (and by pagans today) to give locality to their gods.
If the apostle Paul was correct, and we defer to him in matters supernatural, then these idols—dolls, if you prefer—were, and can be, homes to demons.
