As believers in Christ, we won’t help those who are overcome by some sin if we ourselves are overcome by sin. And when are overcome by sin, we get stuck in a cycle of sin and repentance. And when this happens, it can prevent us from ever exhibiting fruit, and our lives will inevitably be lived in a way that’s loud for the wrong reasons.
