The first step in tackling the problem of crime is to have a comprehensive understanding as to who the criminals are, how they operate, and why they choose to do so. With this knowledge, authorities will be able to conduct focused investigations and operations to reduce the crime rate. However, it shouldn’t and doesn’t stop there.
