I was a bug caught in a bug zapper believing that I had to answer every single TikTok comment, every single dm on tiktok, instagram, then I signed up for snapchat. Then I started doing facebook again, because most of my fans were young and they didn’t use facebook, but their parents do! And facebook was my first platform, so I gotta do that.
Then I started making more YouTube stuff since I had been doing youtube for over 6 years and started when I was homeless.
Then I started this podcast. I was hustlin hustlin hustlin all for free, all while sleeping on concrete during the pandemic, alone…..

June 09, 2022 Tactical Thurs-don’t take it personal when they cheat or beat you—stop doing time 4 someone’s crimes
The problem with most people is we think of ourselves too much and don’t try to understand the other person’s pain.
Taking it personally is the ultimate expression of selfishness, but it assumes everything is about me” that’s a direct quote from the book “The Four Agreements’ I’m tellin you and I tell you almost every episode that you need this book in your life! A friend told me what the four agreements were, and she even printed them out at the library for me when we met.
During the pandemic I stepped up my food and fitness, my relationships and I also stepped up my business and in order to step up all those things, I listened to “The Four Agreements' ' on audible and it saved my life. Spiritually, I had to step up just to keep myself sane. It’s been very lonely but now I am alone by choice and no longer lonely. I’m so happy, grateful and at peace. I understand things more, because I have been practicing them.
Once we understand that NO MATTER WHAT a person says or does is ABOUT THEM--it is THE WAY THEY TALK TO AND TREAT THEMSELVES
THAT is where healing begins my friends!!

June 05, 2022 Stay strapped Saturday: Making enemies of allies?
“If you don’t heal from your wounds, you’ll bleed on people who didn’t cut you” he who sweats the most in training bleeds the least in war! This is your training! We are warriors! We’re going to help heal those who are hurting! Be the change you wish to see on the world! Heal your wounds so you can help heal the world and make it a happier healthier more loving place! I was hurting EVERYONE else by not healing myself.
I decided to stop hurting. Do you know why? 2 reasons.
I wanted to help people.
I wanted to be free. I was paying for crimes I didn’t commit. The people who hurt me continued to be miserable and go around hurting others. They weren’t in the least bit concerned for me and didn’t care whether I forgave them or not.
I WAS WRONG! I was hurting EVERYBODY! THE WHOLE WORLD! I could have shared all these strategies and made a difference in the world sooner. I have no regrets, I’m telling you this to let you know I’m with you and I understand you and PLEASE DON’T DO THAT OR STOP doing it if you are doing it because there are a lot of people who you are hurting by not asking for help and not asking for support and by not making friends. You are huritng your loved ones but you are also hurting the world because youre story is going to be their survival guide! Like mine!
And MOST OF ALL--like i said before if you make others happy, it will make you happy (Mrk twain) so GO ASK FOR HELP! Get better, heal, so you can stop bleeding on people who didn’t cut you. Get STRAPPED and STAY STRAPPED
Because your story will become OTHERS survial guide! You are worth it and the WORLD IS WAITING ON YOU!
Why turn a new aquaintaince that could be an ally into a criminal right away? ASS--ume we talked about this.
By assuming the new person is going to do the same thing someone else (or a bunch of someone else’s)
YOU PUT YOURSELF AND THE potential ally in danger
YOU LOSE the war before you even start the fight. Sometimes, you rob yourself of a potential ally.
