These are all things, images, that have been closely associated with the music genre black metal. Whereas the association is generally unfair, more than a handful of heinous crimes happened in the early 90s BM scene. Bands like Mayhem, with its founder Euronymous. Varg Vikerness' Burzum. And we’re going to cover some of them over the next two episodes.
