That feeling of being in "Auto-Pilot" mode while incarcerated can often continue after being released. This can lead to not "dealing"... trying to not deal with people affected by your actions because we think there's too much to complete after coming home can take a toll. The weight can be unbearable even when you think everything is going great. It's time to take a second to breathe, and recover from the shit storm you just went through.

This episode is about converting energy that was used to commit crimes and guiding those thoughts towards some type of success that matters to YOU. Is it so crazy that the same individual who commited a crime and served time could operate a business?

I get scared at some of the choices I make every day. Coming home can be very scary. People don't understand what it's like to be locked in a cage. Understanding that fear can change how you manage your future.
