Do you ever look at your videos, photos and cringe? Maybe listen to your own voice and cringe? Cos I do! It gets worse when I know I want to share whatever it is I'm cringing at. Sometimes the cringe just begins when I have already shared the weird, beautiful, ugly sides of myself. In this episode, I share with you my experience with cringing, the logic/Science behind it, then we venture just a little bit into embracing our own weird and cringy sides, so we can begin to accept the weird and cringy sides of others!
