Feliz día amigos, hoy les quiero compartir 10 técnicas que aplicamos para mejorar la forma en qué percibimos la ansiedad. Esto desde nuestra perspectiva, desde lo que hacemos, siempre recomendando acudir al médico, pero claramente lo hacemos para ayudar de cierta manera a ver la ansiedad desde un punto amigable, a perder el miedo cuando atravesamos un episodio de Ansiedad o cualquier tipo de emociones que influyen en nuestra salud física y emocional. Entendiendo que debemos siempre buscar ayuda profesional y descartar los síntomas que presentamos, documentarnos y aceptar nuestra realidad de una forma positiva y con la confianza y convicción que todo va a mejorar, poniendo de nuestra parte.
