After finding out RJ had never seen Citizen Kane before, Jarrett simply couldn't let this transgression stand any longer. So here we are, our twenty-fifth episode, talking Orson Welles' CITIZEN KANE from 1941, spine #1 in the Criterion Collection... Laserdisc Collection! And with luck, it is also our 2016 Christmas episode, so we start off talking about all the Christmas movies we've watched this past week or so. Then, we get into a history of the Criterion Collection, the laserdisc, Orson Welles, Citizen Kane, and come to the conclusion that Citizen Kane is the Citizen Kane of Citizen Kanes.
