Introducing Crohn’s & Colitis UK: The Podcast

In our debut episode, you will be introduced to both Geraldine Cooper ( - has Colitis) and Luke Bligh ( - has Crohn's... see what we did there?). Geraldine works in the media team here at the charity, and Luke, is a producer, photographer, and self-confessed Star Wars super fan.

During this first instalment, Geraldine & Luke share their own personal experiences with Crohn's & Colitis, chat to Lauren Golightly (AKA @lauren_talking_shite on Instagram), and hear from YOU - the Crohn's & Colitis community

We all know how hard it can be to talk about Inflammatory Bowel Disease. Every day is different when you’re living with a condition like Crohn’s or Colitis. Life is unpredictable. Some days you might feel like shouting about what’s going on, and on others it can feel like an effort to tell even your nearest and dearest how you’re feeling.

Despite that, it’s really good to talk: a problem shared is a problem halved, as the old saying goes. It’s also really good to listen – and that’s why we’ve come up with something new that we hope you’ll really like: our very own Crohn’s & Colitis UK podcast!
