Nicole Harvey is back to talk about Crohn’s disease which she’s suffered from since age 19. She’s been through a roller coaster of flares while also giving birth to her three girls since then. Nicole is now in remission and we discuss how anxiety plays a role, how she navigates vacations and how it affects her training.
