Coach Lily Weis got her sparkle back at 57 after her own struggle with alcohol ended with the epiphany that life is more fun and adventurous when alcohol free and getting there doesn’t have to be miserable.

So many of our sisters are struggling with the belief that they can't cope without the help of alcohol.

They are often stuck in a cycle of swearing they won't drink again -> drinking again -> waking up at 3 am full of shame. Rinse and Repeat.

They are worried about the health risks (they should be), that they "can't" stop, and that life without alcohol won't be fun.

Lily says she is here to share that they are not broken, powerless, or alone.

Their life can be full of hope and joy and they quitting doesn't have to be miserable.
