Crooks Fire update as of Wed, Apr 20, 12:00pm - WATSON LAKE IS CLOSED to assist in fire suppression efforts. This includes the trails within the Watson Lake recreation area. GOLDWATER LAKE IS ALSO CLOSED and in the restricted closure area set by the Prescott National Forest. The closure includes all surrounding trails and recreation areas. LYNX LAKE IS IN THE RESTRICTED CLOSURE AREA, AND IS UNABLE TO BE ACCESSED. The Crooks Fire is currently at 1600 acres. GROOM CREEK IS ON SET status.
