As we end our series on Love Connection: Relationship Principles of Jesus, we’ve cover the greatest commandment to love God and the second commandment to love others (Relationship Matter), the new commandment to love one another (Real Love), connection between our heart and words (Heart Talk) and today we end with the golden rule to love everyone. Jesus in Matthew 7 is continuing the Sermon on the Mount were he deals with every level of relationship and introduces this standard for loving everyone that if implemented has the ability to radically change our lives.

This week we deal with how to communicate in Heart Talk. The pastor that counseled Joy and I developed a communication tool for couples called: “Heart Talk”. It’s an opportunity for couples to sit down together, with no distractions, focusing on one another and talking directly from the heart in a loving, trusting and honest form. In this sharing of the heart they are giving the chance to correct misconceptions, erase assumptions, and strengthen tie in their relationship. God wants to have Heart Talk with us and become better communicators with others.

Last week Jesus captured all the commandments into two The first commandment centered around relationship with God. The second centers on our relationship with our neighbors. Now he goes further by presenting a NEW commandment. This new one deals with our

relationship with one another meaning those who have committed their lives to following Jesus Christ. This week we will attempt to understand what Real Love i.e. Jesus kinda love looks like.

Relationship are filled with both wonder and pain. Joy and sadness. However God connects us through the four letter word called LOVE and uses it as the foundation for relationships in life.
