For our final week in our Reset Series we finish Lukes 13th chapter. His lament for Jerusalem and their unending denial of the salvation that God has extended to them conveys to us. Do we deny and ignore repeated attempts of God trying to warn us and draw us into repentance through Jesus Christ necessary to experience the abundant life and eternal salvation. 

Join us as we continue our Reset Sermon Series where we walk through Luke's Gospel, chapter 13 as Jesus shares what it means to be a true disciple and not a person who is along for the ride, without the commitment. This week we listen as Jesus shares the narrow way to God's Kingdom. Some follow for the show, but Jesus tells us to follow for life!

Do we tell others about God's Word because they need to "get it right," or do we share our faith because we realize where we once stood before God but with Jesus Christ realize how He loves us? Join us this week as we reset theological understandings of what it means to share what Christ has done in our own lives so that we may walk with others as they discover the life of repentance that Christ calls each one of us into. We look at Luke's gospel and discover how we are called to love others, because He first loved us!!

Is our faith cultural or conversional? Do we tell people about Jesus because we understand what He has done for us, or do we simply want people to be like us? Do we share God's Word to change lives or in attempts to make someone's life more acceptable to us? Are we more worried about our systems, traditions and our "church" than we are about the people we are called to love? Join us as we walk with Jesus in Luke's 13th chapter as we continue to discover what it means to repent and how sometimes our best intentions are not based on the right motivations. 

Sometimes, Jesus withholds the awareness of His presence from us because our hearts are not ready to understand the message of His words. Join us for this Easter Celebration as we look at the events of that first Easter morning to see the way that Christ seldom works in the ways we think He should. 

This is Palm Sunday, the day we celebrate Christ the King's triumphant entrance into Jerusalem to establish His kingdom on earth. Yet it wasn't done the way one would expect.
