We’re wrapping up our Side Quest Reviews for Cross Season 2 with Episode 7. Don’t worry, we’ll still be doing a full breakdown of the finale and the entire season in Episode 198. Jazz kicks things off with a smooth “told you so” to John, pointing out how the red flags surrounding his mother were flying all season. We also dive into the major death in this episode and discuss how that betrayal might play out in the season finale. Jason drops a very interesting theory, but we’ll have to wait and see if it actually comes to fruition. We also give Matthew Lillard his flowers and shout out how he went from the Scream 7 set straight over to Cross. After seeing both performances, the man deserves his props.
