In this week of crossed out, I have uploaded a recent interview that I did with Dr Veirdre Jackon on Living Strong: The Flipside of Adversity. We talked about emotional healing and crossedout came out as a result of that.

My guest for this episode is Karen Lee. She is an energetic, compassionate and a passionate Coach with a strong background in mind set and behaviour transformation particular in areas of physical, social, mental and emotional (well-being).

Karen is currently a certified health and wellness coach with Wellcoaches School of Coaching as well as a certified brain-health Trainer. Her soul-stirring mission is to empower and help humans with the right information to move smart and eat smart as well as live pain free.

Her identity in Christ is solely discovered when she turned her life around after her conviction to leave the alternative lifestyle.

Today, I am speaking Dr Rachel Wilson, our last guest for the special segment, "Conversations with Women Leaders." She will share insight on leadership principles in the ministry and how to discern what is your true calling.

Dr. Rachel M. Wilson is a profound teacher, a prolific preacher, and a dynamic speaker who has more than 20 years of experience in ministry. In 2009, Rachel founded Girl Talk International Inc. (GTI), a non-profit organization established with an emphasis on educating young women on discovering their purpose and direction in life. Pastor Rachel’s newest organization “Flavors” catering to girls 13 years and younger, is a spin off from GTI. Flavors teach girls proper etiquettes and grooming, build and develop character, as well as impart biblical values and morals. Flavors focuses on building a stronger and brighter future for young girls around the world as they begin their journey through life with their heads held high.

Rachel is also an International Recording Artist and is signed with DAF Records. Rachel has been featured on BET, TCT Alive, as well as a guest speaker and Psalmist on the TCT Network late night Emmy nominated show I’m Just Saying with Pastor Dan Willis. A second edition, which discusses managing reputation during social unrest and a health pandemic, was published in 2020.

Tiffany Joy holds a Bachelor’s in Public Administration & Communications from the City College of New York, a Project Management Certificate from Villanova University, and a Business Certificate in Entrepreneurship from Cornell University. She is a mentor with the NYC Small Business Services #BENYC program supporting Black employees across the City. Tiffany Joy also serves as the NYC Chapter Leader of Women in PR and is certified by MuckRack in Media Relations & social media and by HubSpot in social media. She sits on the PR & Fundraising committee of Digital Girl, Inc and on the M/WBE and Government Affairs Committees of the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce. Tiffany Joy’s favourite role is that of a mom.
