This week Randy sits down with the final member of the Crossings elder board. Doug Leslie is the founder of The Christian Ministry Alliance, a para-church organization that helps pastors and spiritual leaders deal with the practical/administrative side of ministry which in turn allows them to fulfill their calling as ministers of the gospel.

This year our youth camp called, Rez Week, has been changed to a Digital Youth Conference due to the effects of Covid 19 precautions. We will be splitting the girls and guys into two weekends. Here to tell us about all of it Jasmine, head of our youth ministry!

This week John Snyder joins Pastor Randy in the studio to talk about seasons of grief and how God gives us strength as we walk through those valleys of life.

The podcast has a new name and new look! So far the titles of the episodes have been named after song titles so "Mixtape" is a more appropriate look and feel. For you younger kids, a mixtape is something we used to record all of our favorite songs on, back in the 80's. It was the first version of a playlist. Today Randy shares his heart on the current state of our culture. It's a call to love all, with actions rather than soundbytes.

This week Pastor Randy is joined by Zach Reyes. He shares his testimony and announces a big change that is on the horizon.

This week Pastor Trev visits the studio, for the second time, to share the story of coming together as a church again. Trev and Randy discuss the idea that culture and circumstances change but God is in control and unchanging!

This week, in a last minute effort to get an episode done Randy invites Jasmine Bowlin into the studio to share how Covid-19 has changed how we do ministry and how we live out our faith.

This week Randy is joined by one of our elders, Josh MacDonald. He shares his story of service/leadership at Crossings and the value of discipling our kids. Josh lives out the testimony each week that leadership and service go hand in hand and that's "Taking Care of Business".

This week sound-man extraordinaire, Chuck Fortino, sits down with Randy as they share some of the most hilarious Sundays in Crossings history.
