This week for the Emmaus Experience bible we close out the book of 1 Timothy. Pastor Blake teaches on fighting for the faith, finances and focusing on teaching the truth of God instead of getting caught up in the debates and knowledge of the world.

With the final message in our series on the life of Josep, we look at Genesis 50:15-21. Joseph had difficult times in his life because of what his brothers did to him. Even though Joseph had forgiven them, his brothers still thought Joseph wanted revenge. Although God had bless them and given them the best, they still didn’t believe they were forgiven by Joseph. Do you really believe you are forgiven by God?

This week for the Emmaus Experience we take time out to pray. On the heels of the 2016 presidential election we take time to pray for our leaders and recognize that God is in control. Pastor Blake takes us on a biblical journey in the scriptures to see how God's people work with leaders of a country.

In life each of us have had experiences where we have been wounded, hurt or harmed. These wounds are real and they may have caused the pain to linger for years. God doesn’t just want to have a heart of forgiveness but he wants us to have a hand of help. This can be seen in the life of Joseph as God positions him to help the very brothers who caused him so much pain.

Many of us spend more time at the workplace than our worship place in a course of the week. It is in the workplace where the Christian provides their greatest witness to the world as it pertains to the representation of the name of God and doctrine of God. When you go to work do people see Jesus on your job?

This Sunday we take moment to focus on what forgiveness looks like for the believer. Forgiveness is something that is always sought after and desired to be received, but it is not easily distributed when you have to forgive others.

This week we continue in the book of 1 Timothy. Pastor Blake teaches on chapter about the importance and the heart of elders, deacons and leaders in the church.

With the eighth part of the series, When God is For You, we continue to travel through the life of Joseph. In chapter 42, we arrive at the part of the text in which Joseph’s brothers come before him but don’t recognize him. Joseph is then faced with a decision on how to treat the brothers who sold him into slavery out of jealousy and selfishness.
