The life that Jesus lived while here on earth was marked by several things. What were some of the main characteristics of his life and ministry and how can we emulate them in our own lives?

We call Him Emmanuel - God with us. God came into our time and space and became a man - we know Him as Jesus Christ. However, the mystery is that Jesus was and is God and is to be worshipped forever and ever. What will you do with Jesus?

2 Timothy 2:4 says that God is our general and we are all soldiers in His army. What else does the Scripture say about how we ought to walk as soldiers through this life, representing the Master with our daily walk and our witness? How do we stay focused on the prize that is to come when we are so easily distracted along the way?

In the journey of life, there are certain qualities that every believer must have to make the journey in such a way that leave a legacy that matters for the world. How are you influencing the world around you as you march forward through life?

Looking back on our series in Exodus and looking forward to the future of CrossPoint Fellowship, we compare the story of the 12 spies in Numbers to the story God is writing for our church. How will God lead CrossPoint toward the possibility of moving into a new building, what provisions / resources will He provide, and how will He show the church the opportunities as well as help us overcome the obstacles along the way?

Finishing the series on Exodus, we examine the passage at the end of the book that discusses the tabernacle that the Lord instructed Moses to make. We learn that God wants to be in the center of His people, to approach the glory of God is to approach His holiness, when God shows up so does His glory, and when God moves so do His people (God leads and we are to follow). How does it change our lives to know that God shows His glory to the earth through us?

In Ezekiel 11, God gathers the nation of Israel from oppressive countries and restores them to the land promised them. This leads into a discussion on how God desires to bring us back to Him today. His desire for us are restoration of our relationship with Him, the removal of the idols in our lives, the replacement of a hard heart with a soft one, a complete and total repentance, and that we would remember God's leadership.

After a quick survey through the next 11 chapters of Exodus, we stop at chapter 32 to look at the story of the golden calf. Despite God's involvement in Israel's recent history, the nation is quick to forget Him and turn to idols (after only 40 days!). How are you and I prone to forget the Lord and what can we do to keep a soft heart for him?

Expounding upon one of the most well-known passages in Scripture, we examine the 10 commandments given by God to Moses (and Israel) and how the law back then can be applied in our lives and world today. What are the idols in your life and how do you relate to people in a godly way?
