There is no mistaking that something is wrong in the world. Everywhere around us there are signs of that. School shootings, mass murder, drug addictions, high divorce rates, broken homes, and complete disregard for human life comes in various forms. The work of Jesus was to seek and save the lost, but that was so much more than dying on the cross. The work of Jesus was intended to continue through his followers - the Church. The Church was called to go out into its world and find those of whom Jesus called “the least of these”. In this series, Pastor Butler will speak to us about the call of Jesus to truly love our neighbors as ourselves by laying down our lives for them.
