Everyone has a different idea about what it means to be a part of something. Sometimes it relates to what team we are on or where our passions lie; however, being “in Christ” means something specific to all those who call themselves Christians. This week, Pastor Butler speaks to us of the significance of baptism and what it means to us as followers of Christ. Beyond that, we are called to share the hope we have in Christ to many whose lifestyles and choices are not what we agree with - people we have been told to avoid all of our lives. As Pastor Butler continues the series “Witness” this week, we will look at some examples in Acts that speak about the demand to take the message of Jesus’ resurrection to our neighbors and the change that it brings to us.
