We are all pointing in some direction. Those who are “in Christ” are called to point the world to Him. This week, Pastor Mike Butler continues the series “Arrows” by focusing on the task of pointing people to the good news of God’s love as seen in Jesus Christ.

All of our lives pointing towards something. Maybe it's success, wealth, justice, or any number of things. However, it is possible that we are pointing to the wrong things. It is likely that most of us never really understood that we are arrows pointing to something or someone. This week, Pastor Butler begins a 4 part series entitled: "Arrows: Pointing the World to Its Savior" by addressing the impact of sin and the need we have for salvation.

It doesn't matter who you are or where you are at you are in a relationship with someone else. This relationship involves various aspects and expectations which all people experience. No matter the situation, every relationship is base don roles each person has and how they intersect with each other. The Gospel of Jesus calls us to accept that while we may have different roles we are called to serve one another because Jesus is the Master. This week, Pastor Butler leads us in the final installment of the Submit series entitled, "We All Have A Master."

Everyone has an opinion about raising children don’t they? Raising children is no simple task especially when we recall that adults are just kids who grew up. I believe that God understands this and because of this the instruction from Paul in Ephesians is always timely. This week, Pastor Butler continues the “Submit” series by speaking about having the right attitude between parents and children.

Submit: The Right Attitude (Marriage) All relationships require submission. It’s submission at different levels and purposes, but submission nonetheless. Perhaps the best example that comes to mind would marriage. This week, Pastor Butler continues the present series “Submit” by continuing to use the example of Jesus to address the importance of submitting one to another in marriage.

Submit: The Essence of Community. This week, Pastor Butler begins a new series discussing the importance of genuine community in the body of Christ. With Week 1 - The Right Filter, he begins this series by calling us to accept that perhaps the way we see each other may be cloudy and this is because we don’t really see how God sees us. Using an the Letter to the Ephesians as his primary text, this series will center on our relationship with God, in marriage, parenting, and all of the other community we have.
