My first Sunday back in the pulpit after losing my son Scott on December 1, 2016. Kay and I have the peace Jesus promised, yet sad and missing the hugs from our son. Now we have two boys in heaven, Jeff and Scott. This morning during prayer, I saw a vision of the boys cheering us on from heaven's balcony. They had the biggest smiles ever. This reminding me of the race God told us we are in. 1 Corinthians 9:24 "Do you not know that those who run in a race all run, but only one receives the prize? Run in such a way that you may win."Thank God for His gift of peace. You can receive His gift of peace simply by asking Jesus to forgive you and invite Him into your life.
