Unfortunately, many “Christians” have a reputation for standing firm but not for loving well. Without love, my words are ineffective, my knowledge is insignificant and my beliefs are insufficient. To love those in my circle well, I must serve them, set a godly example for them and share Christ with them.

The Babylon mentality is all about elevating self (self-adoring, self-building, self-indulging) while lowering God (God doesn’t love me, God isn’t for me, God wants too much from me.) To get and keep the right perspective in our culture, we must humble ourselves and exalt God.

The evil one tries to use culture to influence the way we think and feel. His hope is to change our identity, compromise our standards and create confusion so that we do not stand firm and love well. As culture shifts, we must consistently respond with uncompromising truth and unconditional love.

Where we are and where we are heading as a church! We commission leaders for another year of ministry and share what this year of ministry is going to look like.

This message will focus on knowing your story and how to communicate it or the part needed in the moment to those far from God. Will hear stories

from some of our people and how someone’s story impacted them.

This message will give a few practical “fishing tips” like: be alert for “divine appointments” that God sets up to intersect us with another person, be intentional about relationships and add value to those you’re hoping to share your faith with and be a student of the culture and what is trending in the lives of others.

This message will cover the five ways we pray for those who are far from God from the Pray First book. I will add to also pray that God will put the one being prayed for in circumstances where their hearts are more likely to be open to Him.
