God is working each and every day in the lives of those around us! All we must do is be faithful to share the stories of what Christ has done, is doing, and will do!

Today we are back in action after I just recently got married and spent some time alone with my wonderful bride! Starting now, we are diving into the book of James, which starts with the testing of our faith. I love the book of James so much because it gives us so many practical ways to live like Christ!

At the end of every Super Bowl, the interviewer always asks the most popular players on the team, “You just won the super bowl, what are you gonna do now?” They always say that they are going to disney world, but the same thing happens to us as believers. For the believer, it would sound a little bit more like “You just gave your life to Jesus, what are you gonna do now?” The answer to this question is undoubtedly alway gonna be “I’m gonna walk in love and be an imitator of Christ!” But let's talk about how we get there!

Before we began to follow Christ Paul says that we were "darkened in our understanding", but now that we have been raised from death to new life in Christ we have an enlightened perspective. What does that look like for us in everyday life? Let's take a look!

Today we're breaking down Ephesians chapter 4.  We will be talking about how we were made to all grow into one body under Christ and how the Holy Spirit brings supernatural unity among the church. We will also learn how accepting what Christ has done for us gives us the power to speak the truth in love.
