As summer roles into fall we begin to think about heading back to school. So today we invite Chaplain Tabor Nudd from our Collegedale Academy school system to welcome students back from summer and into the new school year.

Our final episode of The Little Letters explores the message of 3 John. Pastor Dave discusses the sin of comparison, the pressure we can feel to be special and how this can take us far away from a life of love and service.

The Little Letters continues with 2 John as we explore the relationship between truth and love. Amidst this study we come face-to-face with Jesus... this man is fully God (who is love) and also claims to be the way, the truth and the life.

Today Pastor Dave continues our series on The Little Letters with an exposition on 1 John 4 and 5. In this passage we discover 3 critical identifiers of real love and drink in the truth that God is love.

In this episode, Pastor Dave draws lessons from the love of his father, Duane Ferguson. Pivotal in our understanding of who God is, Jesus shows up. He shows up in our joys, pain, triumphs, and discouragement. And just as we would wish for an earthly father, God saves His best for us.

Questions explores the challenges of faith, the confusion we face and how God feels about us when we doubt. As we turn the pages of scripture we encounter a God who is patient with our understandings and encourages us to be honest about our journey. In the end, as demonstrated through the life of John the Baptist, He is more interested in our pursuit of His love than that we are correct in all our understandings of truth.
