Tony and Matt stood at the corner of 4th and Brady, in downtown Davenport, IA. Tony held his -Stop and Talk- cross and Matt held a gospel sign. With the wind chill, the temperature was a frigid 12 degrees.----A tow truck drove through the intersection. Before long, it came through the intersection again. But, this time the driver pulled to the side of the road and stopped.----The driver exited the truck, approached Tony, and asked, -Talk to who------So began a remarkable gospel conversation.
