To truly have life, we must follow Christ in his service and suffering

● Another sabbath brings legalism, a withered hand and a challenge.
● To the seemingly invisible person compassion is shown.
● There is hope for the  bruised reed and a smoldering wick.

When we encounter Jesus through a Spirit born believer, direction is provided, opportunities  are given and questions asked, can lead to eternal results.

Jesus brings teaching moments, compassionate moments and times for our faith to rise.

When we encounter Jesus through His Church,  we often want what we see and hear, but God shows us what we really need.

Jesus meets you where you are and overcomes your doubts by showing you

Main Point:  When in the cave, in the midst of fear and temptation God brings perspective, mercy and opportunity.

In every trial, hold fast to God’s Word through prayer, knowing that Christ holds you steady and provides the strength you need to keep going when you are weak.

Because The Lord does not change and His word is true, He prepares and transforms me for what is up ahead.

The hope of the gospel is not that God preserves the strong, but that Christ lovingly secures and directs His people even in their weakness. We are called to stop resting our security in our own strength and trust Christ to lovingly lead, preserve, and hold His people secure even in our weakness.
