Crossway Family Church Bowie Texas

Today we had the honor of having our wonderful missionary Scott Burks back with us again. Scott was recently in Kenya and today we hear about what went on plus an exciting message.

In these days, we are not called to be quiet. We are commanded to continue to proclaim the Lord Jesus Christ.

Jesus alone redeems. Jesus is God. He alone is worthy of praise.

Many people in the church want to do something BIG for God. But God is simply looking for people that will JUST BE DEPENDABLE!

God is many things. Today we discuss, "God is."

If you have come to Christ, if you have repented and you are in Christ, your salvation is secure. Today we talk about the incredible security of your salvation

Near the end of the message, we were talking about Jesus opening the eyes of the disciples so they could understand the scriptures. There was a computer glitch and that verse is not on here. The verse was Luke 24:45

Today we talk about faith. God wants us to have faith. God is pleased and rewards faith.

What's in your hands that you can give God? Moses gave his shepherd's staff. David gave his sling shot, today we see a little boy give Jesus his lunch. What's in your hand?

Today we wrap up our study on water baptism by talking about why we baptize only in the name of Jesus. For reference, see Acts 2:38, 8:1-17, 10:43-48, 19:1-6, Romans 6:1-4, Galatians 3:27, Colossians 2:12
