Have you ever lost something very dear to you? Maybe a photo of a close relative, your favorite t-shirt, or a treasured piece of jewelry. This thing that you lost is so significant to you, so much so that you did EVERYTHING in your power to find it. Imagine that same energy that you put towards finding that thing; that is the energy that Jesus has when looking for the one that strayed away. Today, Pastor Ron explains that some will stray from the Lord, but the Lord will seek the lost and bring them back home. 

Today, Pastor Jack teaches that we must consider what's at stake. Our faith in Jesus Christ is the most valuable thing we have, and everything else in life depends on it. When we understand the eternal significance of staying faithful, it changes how we approach every challenge.

When you're young, your knack for picking things up and your reasoning skills really boost your understanding of the world around you. But everything shifts as you get older. Adults often draw from the experiences they've gathered throughout their lives. The same logic applies when you decide to put your trust in Jesus. Young hearts often easily embrace Christ, allowing Him to make a difference in their lives. However, the same isn't usually true for adults, as they tend to close themselves off emotionally.
