Today we celebrate our Lead Pastors, David and Debbie Sulcer, for their 25 years of ministry at Crosswind Church.

We were made for friendships. From the beginning of time, God's design for humanity was us to be in relationship with one another. Only one time during creation did God declare that something was "not good", and that was for man to be alone.

Singing has been around since the time of creation and it's happening all around us. It has the power to jump-start our heart and move us into a deeper place of worship.

We are hardwired for praise. In our lives we give praise to just about everything that we enjoy, makes us feel good, and excites us. How then are we to direct that energy towards God and live a life of praise to Him?

Communion is much more than a religious ritual that the church participates in. When we partake of the bread and the cup we are encountering Jesus. The Lord's Table communicates the Gospel in ways that nothing else can!

Altars signify places of worship and sacrifice. They are an intersection between the human heart and God. Through His death and resurrection, Jesus has become the living and permanent altar by which God is able to intersect with the human heart without the need for sacrifice or the building of a physical structure.

What does true worship look like? Too often it can be reduced to the basics of singing songs and participating in rituals on a specific day of the week. As followers of Christ, true worship emanates out of an adoration for God, humility, a selfless heart, and love for our neighbor.
