In this time of celebration and reflection, there are many "interpretations" of what the reason is for this season. Let us not hesitate to boldly, creatively, and maturely communicate to the world around us what we know to be true.

With a little help from Charlie Brown, we dig into a great mystery that has meaning for all of us, even blockheads: Jesus came to earth in a body, as a baby, to give His life for us.

In our experience, we usually have to put in the time and effort to achieve something or gain something. Not so in the Upside-Down Kingdom; Jesus paid it all, and there's nothing we can do to earn what God offers to us.

Some people think God has a bad name; "How can He allow ___ or ___ to happen if He's so good?", they ask. He always answers the doubts.

All of the desperate people waiting at the pool where God's spirit would stir and healing would come were so preoccupied with their routine that they didn't notice Jesus was standing by the pool with them; they didn't see things the way He did.

Can you believe Jesus is working along side us in this mission? You're not qualified to work? True, but God has called us to work in spite of that. So, let's get to work!

Turn the other cheek? You can't be serious! Jesus told us to love our enemies. That's how the Upside-Down Kingdom works...

Jesus talked about the religious leaders of His day and how they put on a good show, but their motives betrayed them. They were superficial and hypocritical, outwardly impressive, but inwardly barren and lost; they had a faulty inner compass.
