As we continue to cross out days on the calendar, the next adventure is the PC Beta. Last week's TWAB revealed plenty of very welcome changes we'll get to experience, most especially the adjustments to matchmaking in Quickplay. We discuss the news on Crucible Radio, as well as reflect on Trials of Osiris, the end of an era.

We're going inspirational on y'all this week on Crucible Radio! We're a bit quiet on the D2 front this week, and that's because it's going to be a long wait through August. Which is why right now is the perfect time to take a break - not just to get some fresh air and kill time, but because a break can have serious positive effects on your game if you do it right.

Crucible Radio here to discuss the hottest topics in Destiny this week - like how the heck do you play the Homecoming mission a second time? We've been grinding the D2 Beta all week to get as much experience as possible before we go back to waiting, and there's PLENTY to talk about. This week, we're discussing guns, gear and loadouts; every weapon, and how they fit together in the new system. Next week we'll go in-depth on subclasses. Enjoy!

With D2 news ever so slowly trickling in, we had to take a little bit of time on Crucible Radio this week to discuss all the great memories we had at Guardian Con. Though the show must go on! We bring our old pal MTashed on to have a chat about shout-casting, Destiny tourneys, and what the future holds.

Continuing our Back to Basics series, this week on Crucible Radio we'll be discussing an endangered playlist known as Rumble. While the mode may not exist in Destiny 2 at launch, it's still perhaps the best place to be practicing in the meantime. Rumble encourages strong map control and winning 1v1 engagements - skills that will help no matter what version of Destiny you're playing.

The biggest week in gaming has come and gone and we'll be darned - Destiny 2 really seemed to come out on top! Besides a little more Ghaul screentime, we found out more about the systems that will be at play, most notably the Arcstrider subclass. We go in depth on the arc Hunter skill trees to discuss how the synergy of the subclass could be the most lethal we've seen.

The biggest D2 talk this week has to do with E3 and the Arcstrider subclass, but we have to record these a few days in advance - so that'll be next week! Never fear, this week's episode brings to you a brand new series we'll be doing here and there from now until September: Back to Basics. This week: identifying your skill level and what you should be working on.
