Mental health is not something to mock, hide, or automatically label as “a spirit.” Sometimes people are genuinely hurting, struggling, overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or battling things they never asked for.
In this episode, we talk about the importance of compassion, support, and understanding within the church.
Seeking help does not make you weak, faithless, or broken. It’s okay to pray, and it’s okay to talk to someone, seek counseling, or get medical help when needed.
The church should be a safe place where people can open up without fear of judgment, gossip, or condemnation. As believers, we are called to love one another, carry each other’s burdens, and support those who are struggling, not push them away.
