Time is a precious thing that most of the time we forget to appreciate. We all have the same twenty-four hours each day and the opportunity to spend it however we choose. Once it's used, we can never buy more or go back in time and take it back.
On this episode of "Crushing The Day," Drewbie tells us to ask ourselves just how much do we value the time that we have each day? Are we making good use of every hour, and utilizing each moment to be working towards our goals? If we waste all of our time staying distracted, we will waste every opportunity to actually succeed.
There isn't much we have control over in our world other than our time. We get to choose how we spend each moment of each new day. Every choice you make is either leading you towards the life you dream of, or further away. How will you choose to spend your next twenty-four hours? Tune in to learn more.

Getting excited over a new goal is fun, but staying consistent with putting in the work in order to make it a reality is not as much fun. We all get so excited when a new vision takes us, but how many of us are keeping the promise we made in order to see it through. How many dreams have died due to a lack of commitment?
On this episode of "Crushing The Day," we learn that we have to be willing to do whatever it takes to succeed. Making promises and boasting of our future success is easy. Showing up day after day and doing the work is where most of us fail. It's easy to get discouraged when the results we are looking for don't show up when we had hoped.
If you are focused on finding the person of your dreams, then going to the bar every night might not be an action that will lead you there. You have to be so convinced that you will succeed that every action you take builds towards making it a reality. This only happens when we first make the commitment and secondly when we stay consistent. Tune in to learn more.

Nobody on this planet knows without a doubt when they will draw their last breath. Time is limited, but we have no idea just how much time each one of us has. If we want to be the sort of individual that crushes each day, then we have to start waking up with gratitude for the people and the moments that make our life worth living.
On this episode of "Crushing The Day," Drewbie encourages us that tomorrow is never promised, so we should go out every day and enjoy our life. It's important that we are able to live the life we want. Sometimes depression and anxiety will set in, but they only shine a light on why it's so important to be grateful for everything that we do have.
If you are willing to give it your all by showing up early, staying late, putting in the extra reps at the gym, then your life will be a life worth living. We determine if we succeed or not in this life, by the actions we choose to take daily, and by the intentions, we set each day. Tune in to learn more.

We all can imagine what a better world looks like. Peace, happiness, individuals who work together for a better future for our children. It's nice to be surrounded by other people who also can see a vision for something better, but the change in the world will never happen until we become the change.
On this episode of "Crushing The Day," Drewbie says that in order to create the change we seek in the world, we have to be the ones that change first. We do this by showing others how to lead a successful life by being the example of what that looks like every single day. When we set goals, other people are watching, and when we achieve them, we are able to show others how to do the same.
Be willing to go that extra mile…it makes a difference. You might not see the change at first, but don't give up! Stay focused on becoming the best you can be, because the world needs someone like you to show them what's possible. You can put forth your vision into the world when you consistently show up and take action. Tune in to learn more.

When we are children we have a mindset that tells us we are limited. "I can't walk fast enough, I'm not tall enough, I'm not old enough", and the list goes on. Some of this was taught to us and some of it was just a lack of understanding. When we were little, we didn't know what we were actually capable of.
On this episode of "Crushing The Day," Drewbie tells us that we can do anything we put our minds to! We have to switch our mindset from thinking "I can't" to "I can" if we want to succeed. It all starts within us, and what we believe is possible. Learning to approach obstacles in new ways is how we CAN do anything.
If you want to get results, then look at where your intentions lie with each goal. Do you believe you will succeed? Are you staying focused on what it takes to create and build the confidence you need to make it all the way? You have to see in your mind what you want to create, and believe it will happen! We all love comfort, it's in our human nature. At some point, staying in our comfort zone will keep us from doing the things that motivate us to continue moving forward. Nobody enjoys feeling afraid, but until we are willing to get uncomfortable, we will never realize the full extent of our potential.
On this episode of "Crushing The Day," we are told that if we want to reach any level of success, then we need to be comfortable with being uncomfortable. It's important that we get used to being asked to show up in new ways as we continue to grow. Doing so helps us to take the steps that lead to ultimate success.
Musicians, athletes, and actors all understand what it takes in order to get out of their comfort zone. You have to be willing to do what others would not. It seems as though some of us are always walking around with a cloud of bad luck hanging over our heads. We might spend a lot of time thinking to ourselves: "Why me?" When our thoughts are constantly focused on a victim mentality at every turn, we only create more of these "Why me," situations over and over again.
On this episode of "Crushing The Day," Drewbie shares that instead of always saying "Why me?", start shouting "Try me!" If we want to begin overcoming the obstacles in our lives, then we have to shift our perspective from a victim mindset to a winner's mindset! We already have everything inside of us to be that winner, but we have to believe it and speak it in order to create it.
Have confidence instead of fear. Everyone has problems. We would like to think that our issues are special to only us, but the truth is that everyone has struggles. When you are confident that you can find a solution to any problem and overcome any obstacle, then you will! Show others what the power of belief can truly do! Tune in to learn more.

Givers Gain! It's true…the more we give to those around us without any expectations, the more we are able to receive! This is what's called the Law Of Reciprocity. There are times in all of our lives where someone has given to us, maybe it was a simple smile. It's easy to give to others when we stop to realize just how much we've all been given.
On this episode of "Crushing The Day," we learn that if we want to get more out of life, then we have to give more. We are living with a toxic mindset when we live in scarcity, believing that giving to others will only create less for us. That couldn't be further from the truth!
We all have something we can share that gives to others. Opening the door for a stranger, sharing wisdom from lessons learned, or perhaps even a physical skill like fixing a friend's leaky sink….there are so many ways to give to others in ways that will be remembered for a lifetime. What we give always comes back around. Believe it, and do it. Tune in to learn more.
