4 Ounces Peach Infused Spirit

2 Ounces Lemon Juice

2 Ounces Peach Syrup

2 Egg Whites Pinch Kosher Salt

Top with Mineragua or Club Soda dry shake, hard shake on ice, strain, serve “Up”in a chilled glass top with club soda, angostura bitters and garnish with edible flower (we used nasturtium)
