DREP aims to quantify and tokenize online reputation for trading, investment, and data sharing purposes. While there are existing reputation systems on the internet, the suffer from untrustworthy data, malicious manipulation, & lack of economic incentives, DREP aims to solve that problem.

It’s time for a 101 concept episode but things are going in a different direction. We always tell you to be skeptical and it’s time to put our money where our mouth is. In this episode we address some arguments regarding sustainability, safety, mass adoption, regulatory push-back, and even basic question like can this actually succeed as a currency. We are obviously fans of crypto, but we do our best to be objective here as we examine this sector from a more critical perspective.

Today’s 101 episode will explore Ontology, an ambitious project from OnChain, the Chinese company behind NEO. Ontology wants to create a trust ecosystem on the blockchain to provide a bridge between the cryptocurrency and legacy worlds. Join us as we explore the vision and unique history of this project as well as consider real world applications of the network. This project was difficult to understand at first, but the further we digged, the more impressed we were.
