Crypto Conversion is excited to have Willem Schroe on the podcast this week! Willem is the founder of Botanix Labs where they are seeking to bring L2 (Layer 2) solutions to Bitcoin. L2's on Bitcoin have been a hot topic of discussion the past few months between both Bitvm and Drivechains. Willem's Botanix Labs is trying to bring the EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) to Bitcoin through what is called the Spiderchain (a type of Bitcoin sidechain). This extension to Bitcoin allows creators and developers to make Ethereum-like dApps with the security and decentralized backing of Bitcoin.
