Thomas Bardawil is the co-founder of Yzer.io.

After majoring in Economics at CASS university in London, he joined a Private Equity firm where he was working on leverage buy-out (LBO) deals. Further to that, he joined a family office where he became the finance director. Over the last 5 years, Thomas worked at a Venture Capital firm based out of Palo Alto. As a director of their French operations, he was involved in all aspects of the business across multiple industries, such as fintech, IOT, blockchain, mobility and more.

Elena Nadolinski is a computer scientist and software engineer, and the CEO of the Iron Fish Foundation, a dedicated privacy layer for Web3 with built-in compliance solutions. 

Prior to founding Iron Fish in 2017, Elena worked as a software engineer at companies including Microsoft, Tilt, and Airbnb. 

Elena is a Forbes 30 under 30 alum, and has been honored with awards from both the White House and the Central Intelligence Agency for her outstanding achievements.

Rohan Handa is the Founding Member and Head of Business Development at Horizen Labs Ventures. Previously, Rohan has helped build out the multi-million dollar venture arm for BBVA, investing and managing a portfolio of startups building products at the bleeding edge of technology creating over $50M in value. He started his career as management consultant at EY, and worked in US and Southeast Asia managing M&A and Strategy projects for his clients including Barclays, PayPal, Charles Schwab, SigFig and many others.

Rohan is also an active angel investor and advisor for startups in the fintech, crypto/blockchain and deeptech spaces.
