Iris Nevins is the co-founder and CEO of Umba Daima, a venture studio operating at the intersection of technology, community, and art. Umba Daima aims to increase economic opportunity around the world by closing the digital divide. They are currently incubating 3 initiatives to push this mission forward. Iris is a former social studies teacher and grassroots community organizer who eventually became a software engineer after realizing that tech could be used to solve large-scale societal problems. After attending a coding bootcamp in San Francisco, she became a software engineer at Mailchimp and then eventually an engineering manager at Mailchimp and Vox Media. Iris used her resourcefulness, leadership background, and effectiveness at running projects to become a manager early in her engineering career and has been building/leading teams full time ever since. She has been passionate about social impact since the age of 16 when she attended an international merit-based high school program with 300 kids from around the world. After that she attended Pomona College where she studied Economics and Black History. Iris is passionate about solving problems through tech and empowering cultural communities around the world.

Nick started investing in cryptocurrencies in 2013, however, his crypto career really began straight out of high school when he started a custom PC business that built rigs for gaming and Bitcoin mining.

He joined the Divi Project in 2017 as a full-stack developer and was invited to become a co-founder of the fledgling business. Soon after, he took on responsibility for building and maintaining all of Divi’s web services, client-facing apps, and protocol development for Divi Core.

He quickly progressed and in 2019 he became Divi’s Chief Information Officer, where he deploys his skills in programming and functional design to achieve the company’s core aim; to make crypto easy and drive its mainstream adoption.

He is now CEO of the Divi Project and its Fintech Innovation Centre, Divi Labs. A dedicated proponent of the founding principles of the crypto movement, Nick is working towards the delivery of a new paradigm for financial services. One that is truly decentralized, accessible to all, and works for everyone.

Pedro Isaac Lopez  is an industrial engineer with an MBA with a focus on Finance, a self-taught Python programmer, and an entrepreneur. Pedro is an experienced start-up builder and has been in crypto since late 2017, working on several blockchain/crypto projects since 2018.

Gwendolyn Regina is an Investment Director at BNB Chain.

Her main responsibilities include streamlining processes around deal sourcing, investment strategy, portfolio management and growth. As a part of her role she invests in promising projects in the web3 and MetaFi space (GameFi, SocialFi, NFTs etc.), and leads the MVB incubation program, which she set up

She has spent 16 years across media, technology, blockchain, and web3 sectors across Asia Pacific, Paris, and Silicon Valley. Previously, Gwen was the head of venture capital partnerships at Meta and built its startup fast-track growth program.Before that, she was Entrepreneur-in-Residence at deep tech investment fund, Entrepreneur First, based in Paris. Prior to that, Gwen built and sold the tech media startup, SGEntrepreneurs to Tech in Asia. Gwen also spearheaded Mashable's expansion into Asia and as a professional host, she hosted a TV documentary on the Internet of Things for ChannelNewsAsia.

Gwen has been speaking internationally for the past decade across Asia, Europe, and the US. She regularly gives keynotes, moderates panels, and speaks at forums about the future of web3, media and tech, including at global events and podcasts like Unchained, SXSW, ad:tech, Seedstars, Startup Turkey, Channel News Asia, and more.

Jeff is Chief Investment Officer at Arca. Jeff leads the investment committee and is responsible for portfolio sizing and risk management. Jeff has over 17 years of trading and asset management experience at leading firms, including Merrill Lynch and Citadel, where he oversaw trading of over $100 million in proprietary capital. Jeff also served as COO of Harvest Exchange, a FinTech company that is widely used by asset managers and investors. Jeff is a CFA Charterholder and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Economics from Washington University in St. Louis.

Bernhard Blaha serves as the CEO of the People’s SCE. A serial entrepreneur and pioneer in blockchain and emerging  technologies, Bernhard has extensive expertise at the intersection between the economy and technology. Since 2015, he has been active as a founder, consultant and advisor in the blockchain industry, including founding Herosphere, an esports fantasy betting  platform.  He has made a major contribution to the development of legal and fiscal frameworks on blockchain and co-created the Digital Asset Association Austria to promote engagement with the technology in the country.

My name is Sara Jane, I am an 18-year-old from Ireland. I have been in the web3 space for a few years. I currently work with the Algorand Foundation as a Community Champion as well as the Unbanx Social Media/Community Manager. And I am just recently the Offchain Ireland Founder.
