In tandem with changing the conversation around innovation, Zoia is a founder of and hosts the “WIN/WIN: Women in Innovation” podcast which features senior women innovators from companies such as PepsiCo, Google, Oracle, EY, Pantone, Omnicom, IDEO and others. Prior to Citi, Zoia led Strategy and Product Marketing at Yup, a crypto social network, spent two years creating digital advertising campaigns for brands such as Cartier, CHANEL, EY, Tiffany & Co, and Paravel. She was also a Chief of Staff in the Israeli Intelligence Special Operations.

He is in charge of designing, managing and implementing projects that support youth transitions, human capital development, and promoting sustainable development in Africa. Jerry has over 4 years of experience in the community development industry with various impactful projects ranging from community reach-out programs, climate action programs, school campaigns, financial literacy programs, and career development programs. His Impact work from the Enactus, Envisage Foundation, Africahacks, and CFI has gained tremendous recognition and impacted the lives of thousands of people. In 2019, Jerry also led his team to build and organize the first ever university elections held using the blockchain technology in Nigeria. Jerry hopes to drive societal transformation and enable young people to believe in a world of no limits.
