This week is an incredibly special episode. Earlier in the year myself, Richard Schrieber and Vikram Gudi met up to action plan our year to come. We covered everything from the music we were going to write to the plan for our year with Protégé. We found ourselves having some amazing conversations and at one point in particular I decided to put a mic up so we could record some of what we were talking about. 
 
This first part of a two-part episode focuses heavily on the advantages of building up successful working relationships. Rich and Vik have built an incredibly profitable partnership but to really maximize your opportunities within the industry it’s not as simple as just finding the people that make you the most money! This industry is part of a long old game. You have to build genuine friendships with the right people that fit your personality and work ethic. Finding those people is just the starting point. Nurturing the right relationships for you is the real trick.
