Pittsburgh Regional Conference - January 2026: I’m here to cheer you on. The most important thing is that you are in this seat. Decide you will always be here, because if you don’t, you’ll never become the Diamond that you are. We have to be here because we don’t know when we’ll have our “Joe moment.” None of us are better than the other. Promise yourself that you’re going to fill a seat here at the next event. There’s so much more we can do.

Pittsburgh Regional Conference - January 2026: Whatever we were taught when we were little becomes who we are. The gut knowing of who you are and where you are tells you where you belong economically, spiritually, culturally; it’s where your comfort zone is. This is a result of your paradigm running in your subconscious. Just like computers, if we don’t update the software, we just run on whatever programming was given to us. At first it’s uncomfortable. Then, with repetition, it becomes easier. Do what you need to do, but be honest and make some progress that you can be proud of. Time will march on, but do something today.

Pittsburgh Regional Conference - January 2026: What does it take to be successful in this industry? The key to your success is your belief level. “I’m not a sales person…” That’s great, you got people that are going to help you do follow up calls. You’ve got an upline! When you start with a company you look at the culture of the company. This company, everyone works together. After looking at the company, I look at the products. You know how you know the products are good? Look at the average monthly subscription. People are buying 3-6 products a month (not just one to qualify) because they work! Look at the timing… At times like these smaller companies, like Common Sense, will shoot out and create fortunes for the people that recognize it and the people that want to take massive action. One person walks into your community and it can change your life. You get your belief level where ours is and you’ll be rich as well!

Make your dreams bigger than your memories. The kind of life we live depends on the size of dreams we have. The goal isn't to run a marathon, it is to be a runner...the goal isn't to show a perfect business plan it is to be a Diamond. We build on what we listen to and do. Let your thoughts rewire and you will be happier and have a lot bigger business as you share with others. We build a compensated community. Everyone in our business wants the same things I do, we all want to be Diamonds! Our goal is to set people up in business for themselves. You are unique to your own business. It is your dream and your why. You inspire others to do what inspires them. Go out and say good things.

2026, the year we choose a better road. We need daily reminders to help us stay on track. Real change doesn’t happen overnight; it happens when we remove bad habits and replace them with good ones. We are the drivers of our lives, and the path ahead is filled with opportunities for transformation. Make 2026 the year we drive differently.

I had no idea that actually thinking about something would bring it into my life. People create things all the time. It was a thought first, then it was created. I changed to this way of thinking, instead of completing what everyone else in the world was compelled to want done I started looking at what I wanted. Start learning to do things that get the bigger picture. That’s why it’s important to be in this room, it puts me in the stream of thinking of what I want. Here is a group of people changing their own lives while they help people help themselves. 

One day you're going to do something for the last time, and it'll feel like any ordinary day until it isn't. Ordinary moments in life are only ordinary until they're gone. You chose to be here, so intentionally be here and be where your feet are. To make the most of it, you must start with self-reflection; I know myself better today than I have ever known myself. If I never think about my desired life and what it's going to look and feel like, I'll never have it. It's got to mean something; it doesn't have to make sense to anybody else but you. Just keep showing up, thinking about yourself and your desires; make the changes, and take responsibility for You!

The most important thing we’ve got going with our owners is that they’ve been sitting right where you are. They’ve been through the trials and tribulations. They understand what it takes. We have the right company, the right products, a huge and growing marketplace, the right timing and the right compensation plan. Every piece of the puzzle is here and you are here first. It’s your belief level that will make this the greatest company in the history of the industry.

What we have today is totally do to what our mindset is! You prepare your “soil”, you prepare yourself and you get to plant every single day for the rest of your life and you harvest every single day. Prepare, take the time to do the work so the harvest is full and easy to maintain. Write down your goal and keep it with you. This way you always know where you are headed. Make joining an investment not an expense. Come with a goal and go home knowing you invested in yourself. We can always count how many seeds are in an apple but no one will ever know how many apples come from one seed.

Have you found your dream? Are you open to finding your dream? Power of light. The dream is a light that shines through us and it brings us into this community together. It is what other people see and they want to become part of your team. Where are you and what have you been hiding from? I want to encourage you to come out and into the authentic expression of your light. There is tremendous energy in the collective light. If being “uncomfortable” helps one person I pray I never get comfortable.
