The more action I take, the more my belief level continues to rise. When you take action you start having success.  When you're in the right energy and you're working on your dream, it's amazing how people come into your life. There's always opportunity if you're looking. We become what we think about and we get what we think about all day long. 

Chicago Regional Conference - February 2025 - Saturday Morning Session: The world has too many problem finders and not enough problem solvers. We are the problem solvers. You have two ears and 1 mouth for a reason, listen. Listening is a key to success. Everyone plays a role in creating a culture, at Common Sense we have a huge culture. Leaders learn and leaders teach constantly.  Be a support to somebody, not a hinderance. 

Boise Regional Conference - April 2025 - Saturday Afternoon Session: Put your dreams on your fridge, it really does work.  In order to change someone else we have to grow ourselves. Be consistent, be willing, be teachable. I can't even imagine how different our lives would be without this business.  I'm passionate about this because it really matters. We've created an incredible society here. So many miracles have brought this company to be.

Visualizing the end goal, working, studying, it's amazing what man can do. We are the highest form of creation and we can finish things. We have amazing leaders here, do you want to connect with them and join them. It's time to flush our excuses. Character is the ability to follow through on a decision. Get out of your comfort zone and create something special.

Find the few people that think like we do and don't try to convince the others. Everyday we make hard choices to do things we don't want to do. Choices have consequences. Make the hard choice, get back up and continue to fail forward.
