CSG Podcast

Asleep at the wheel, we're a day late in posting, but we had all our picks in Thursday evening. There is no telling who will win this week as we didn't do any prep work on the picks ... we went back to the true podcasting ways and picked games as we talked about 'em.

It's that week where the overrated Chiefs finally come to town and put their undefeated record to the test against a real team. Ross ponders which state Alex Smith and company play in, Jeff wants to talk about Tulo and the Rockies and Nate compares everything to the Nuggets. Yep, we are back in business!

Changing things up a bit this week, an emergency podcast as Jeff and Nate will be attending the Nuggets game Tuesday night. We got a bit lucky and were joined by Chris Dempsey of the Denver Post after Monday's Nuggets practice down at the Pepsi Center.
The sound quality may be a bit off, but the sports talk is as if it were sold at a Farmer's Market; fresh.

Ross prepares for the no. 1 pick in his basketball fantasy draft and can't decide between LeBron James, Michael Jordan, or Kevin Durant. He makes his picks throughout the show as Nate and Jeff talk Broncos and Nuggets. Jared Allen should be wearing orange, but Ross thinks the team will be just fine without the pricey veteran.
Enjoy the show.

A disappointing Broncos loss has the guys talking about play-calling, John Fox hoarding his challenge flags, and much more. Mike Shanahan is coming to town this weekend and Peyton Manning and company should be thinking bloodbath. The guys are excited for the Avs early season success and talk about the Red Wings game for a minute or two.
The Nuggets are set to start the season on Oct. 30th and that has the guys talking about all sorts of hoops questions facing the local team.
