The focus of the Blue Table Talk series is to discuss current hot topics with CSUSB students and the connections they make to their everyday lives. The theme for this talk is “But I Don't Feel Like a Leader: Support and Resources for EVERY Student” and features Jackie Varela, Director of the Office of Student Engagement.  In this episode, we discuss how we are all leaders in some way.  Whether born, made, appointed, formal or informal, students can and should tap into the leadership traits and characteristics they have.  Jackie Varela also shares information about just some of the plethora of resources that the Office of Student Engagement (OSE) offers, including the *NEW* Leadership Lab!

The focus of the Blue Table Talk series is to discuss current hot topics with CSUSB students and the connections they make to their everyday lives. The theme for this talk is “We Care - Student Success and Educational Equity” and features Dr. Molly Springer, Associate Vice President for Student Success and Educational Equity.  In this episode, Dr. Springer shares some information about the departments within the Student Success and Educational Equity area and the rich resources available to students at CSUSB.  Listeners will be reminded of the collective care for the student experience and resources that include programming, financial opportunities, and knowledgable staff who are dedicated to supporting students.
