Today, a deep living, deep loving, God centered David shows us how to grieve so that we too can live and love deeply in a Christ centered way...so that we can draw closer to Christ and be present with the grieving people around us.

This story reveals evidence of Christ’s presence revealed in moments of supernatural strength, life saving grace and extravagant generosity. We are invited to see these moments playing out in our life and also be conduits of these moments in the lives of others.

As we walk along in life this morning, the resurrected Jesus meets us on the road to walk along with us and reveal The Truth. This is what He does. This is who He is. What is your response?

Even in a less than ideal situation with a key figure who isn’t living his best life, God is still at work. Today’s story is a picture of God’s grace.
