What's up guys, Margiela here! This episode I will be talking about challenging negative thoughts. It's been a year since COVID started and it's nice to have a mental health check to see where we are at. I just want to share with you guys how I deal with negative emotions and how CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) changed my life. I share with you what I think are misconceptions about negative thoughts, my experience with anxiety/depression, unhelpful thinking errors, positivity, and ultimately how to challenge your negative thoughts to turn them in a plight of action.
